If you are a building owner, and you have Camila Persa's resume, then do not hire her. She will not do her job, and she will not try to get things done. But if you don't care about tenants or getting stuff done. Then she might be a good fit for your company.
Because this lady does not give a shit, as long she gets paid, there are no issues. She has also no issues screwing people over or tell people that it will gets done knowing that she will not do it anyways.
If you like snow in the winter, she is a perfect fit, because she will make sure the company whom will remove snow, does not show up and if they do show up, she will argue with them so they will still leave.
She is a lazy person, that only shows up once you want to move in to an appartment. After that you can try to phone her, but she will not pickup. If you do not pay your rent, she will sneak to your place and put up a letter on your door, and she makes sure nobody saw her.
